Despite the conviction, Tory — along with his online supporters — has persistently claimed he wasn’t involved in the shooting, leading to ongoing harassment campaigns directed at Megan.
Recently, Tory’s team presented questionable claims asserting that Megan’s friend Kelsey Harris was the one who pulled the trigger, not Tory. (Tory, who was recently attacked in prison, previously asserted that Megan wasn’t shot at all.)
Even without proof for the new allegations, Tory has garnered public support from several celebrities — including Chris Brown and Drake — who have circulated a Change.org petition advocating for his pardon and release from prison.
The entire ordeal is, understandably, appalling — and last night, Megan posted a message on TikTok, where she condemned the claims from Tory’s team and made a direct appeal to those questioning the case’s verdict.
“At what point are you all going to stop making me relive being shot BY TORY!?” she wrote. “When are Tory and his FANS going to stop lying? How much are you being paid to keep harassing me? Why does this happen EVERY DAY?”
“One minute y’all said I was never shot, now you’re letting him fool you again by saying I was shot but it wasn’t him? Seriously? I’m fed up! LEAVE ME TF ALONE!!!! HE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO GET ON THE STAND AND DENY HE SHOT ME, and that was his decision because he knows he did that! I DON’T CARE ABOUT A BLOG OR A BOT! WHY WOULD I, MEGAN THEE STALLION, HAVE TO LIE ABOUT BEING SHOT!”
“How are you all mad at the person who got shot???? FACTS ARE FACTS, he did it, it was PROVEN IN COURT, forget the hate campaign on the internet TORY, YOU SHOT ME!! There’s no new evidence; you’ve been repeating the same narrative for years.”
“TORY, PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE, you’re a demon,” she concluded. “I’m done with this silly internet stuff, BYE.”
That’s more than a reasonable response!
