This implies that even when our tracks appear straightforward, they have a certain complexity. So, during that first listen or two… I frequently hear from people, ‘I didn’t get it until the ninth listen.’ And I tell them, ‘But you came back nine times. Thank goodness for that [laughs].'”

“What a blessing it is to have fans give it a fifth chance,” the rock star continued, “because I truly believe that if you enjoy rock ‘n’ roll, this will resonate with you. And by the fifth listen, you’ll grasp where we’re coming from.”
Undoubtedly, a vast number of fans have embraced Queens of the Stone Age, falling for the band’s unique appeal. They have sold millions of albums and garnered nine Grammy nominations throughout their career (though that elusive first win still awaits).
