After having emergency surgery only two days prior, Jo Se Ho displayed remarkable commitment by participating in the filming of ‘2 Days & 1 Night’.
The episode airing on May 25 of KBS2’s ‘2 Days & 1 Night’ Season 4 brought the cast to the picturesque city of Yeosu, celebrated for its romantic allure in South Jeolla Province.
At the start of the episode, the cast declared, “We’re in huge trouble—this is a crisis for Korean variety shows!”
The worry arose from Jo Se Ho’s recent health complications. He revealed, “My immune system has been compromised lately, and I’ve faced a significant infection in my lymph nodes. I had surgery just two days ago.”
When Kim Jong Min expressed astonishment, saying, “You didn’t have to come,” Jo replied with a nervous chuckle, “I was worried something worse might happen if I didn’t.”
Adding a humorous twist, Jo Se Ho was reminded of a previously made promise to enter the sea. When DinDin joked, “You can clean the wound in the ocean,” Jo Se Ho promptly responded, “If I get into the water now, it’ll be catastrophic.”
Jo Se Ho recently got married in October 2023 to a non-celebrity woman nine years younger than him.
