Get excited for the upcoming MAMA AWARDS!
On May 29, the 2025 MAMA AWARDS revealed that this year’s ceremony will be held at Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong on November 28 and 29.
This marks the first time since 2018 that the MAMA Awards will return to Hong Kong. The organizers noted, “In celebration of Mnet’s 30th anniversary, we are going back to Hong Kong, a city that has hosted the majority of MAMA AWARDS in the past and remains a significant center for the K-pop concert scene.”
The event’s scale will be expanded by nearly four times. Kai Tak Stadium, which opened in March, is a large venue that can host up to 50,000 attendees. CJ ENM will present innovative stage designs with distinctive direction, making this stadium another iconic site in Hong Kong.
Shin Hyung Kwan, head of CJ ENM’s Music Content Division, mentioned, “We aim to spotlight artists and industry professionals who have made remarkable contributions to this year’s K-pop trends, and we’ll strive to demonstrate K-pop’s global competitiveness and status. Expect memorable moments that merge creative stage designs and technical prowess unique to the MAMA AWARDS, which many are eagerly anticipating.”
