BTS’s RM has emerged victorious at the 2025 American Music Awards (AMAs)!
On May 26 local time, the American Music Awards were held. During this year’s ceremony, RM won the award for Favorite K-Pop Artist, competing against BLACKPINK’s Rosé, ATEEZ, BTS’s Jimin, and Stray Kids.
Last year, RM launched his second solo album, “Right Place, Wrong Person,” which quickly climbed to the top of iTunes charts in several countries worldwide. Previously, BTS made history at the 2022 American Music Awards, winning Favorite Pop Duo or Group for the fourth consecutive year.
Currently, RM is fulfilling his mandatory military service and is set to be discharged next month in June, along with fellow members V, Jimin, Jungkook, and Suga.
